Registration form. All students must be registered before they can play in competitions or other matches organised under the auspices of the ICRU. To be returned to me by 17th October.

| Associate membership (Div 3) | €250 |
| O’Boyle Cup (Freshers) | €150 |
Colleges cannot participate in competitions until Affiliation fees are paid.
Additional fees will be charged for entry to 7’s and O’Boyle Cup
